6 questions for your next design review

A few questions I ask myself before I kick off any design review.

👉 If you covered every logo, would your products still be recognizably yours?
👉 Do your product touchpoints actually reflect the essence of your brand, or just its color palette?
👉 Is your portfolio cohesive, or does it look like a handful of unrelated products sharing a brand name?
👉 Could a customer tell your product apart from a competitor's on a shelf, at a glance?
👉 Does your innovation pipeline account for how your design evolves, or just what it costs?
👉 And if someone challenged a design decision internally, is there a real standard to point to, or does it come down to opinion?

Let that percolate. If you said "hmm" to more than one of these, our next post might be useful :)
