The magic of the moment in time.

In most meetings I ran with my teams I would remind them that in the history of humanity, the people around that table, at that moment had never happened. Those exact talents, minds and humans only work at that company, in that point in time. If you think about it that way (which I genuinely do) you see just how special the teams you're on are and the opportunities in front of you can be. So I ask you this Friday as I did with my teams - "what are you gonna do with that?".
